Our expertise ranges from one day tours and trips, overnight tours and trips, transportation management, cruises, corporate meetings and incentives and event planning.

Horizon Club Tour accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks.

It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Group and individual cancellations are subject to penalties assessed by tour suppliers and transportation providers. These penalties will be outlined when initial group deposits are made.

Yes, you will be required to present one of the following travel documents:

  • Enhanced Driver's License
  • Trusted Traveler Program Card

Absolutely! We can assist you in combining your group with other smaller groups to maximize buying power and possibly lower costs. We also recommend that you join our Club Star Group Leader program where you can network with other Group Leaders at monthly programs.

Of course! Horizon Club Tours has a great team of Tour Directors with years of experience in escorting groups. Each Director has different areas of expertise and knowledge and we will find the expert who is best suited for your destinations and make the arrangements to send them.
